We request that pets be dropped off between the hours of 7:30 to 9:00 am. Drop off hours other than those listed need to be discussed at the time of booking your appointment. We try to accommodate your pick up schedule however specific pickup times should also be discussed when booking your appointment. Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance.

Each pet will be groomed to the owners specifications. Suggestions will be made if the stylist does not think the request can be met so please be very specific when talking with the groomer the morning of the appointment. Each pet will receive a minimum of two luxury baths (flea bath if necessary), nails clipped, anal glands expressed, ears cleaned, haircut, bows/scarf, and perfume all of which is included in the price quote. Extra fees may be required for: extra flea treatment, dematting, medicated baths, additional cleansing baths, or excessive attitude.
