The Day of Your Appointment
Please bring your pet between the hours of 7:15 am and 8:30 am on the day of your appointment, so your stylist can begin preparing your pet for its day of beauty.
If you need to request a later arrival time or an early or specific pick up time,
please inquire about it when you book your appointment. This is especially important for early pick up times, we make a strong effort to accommodate your schedule but prior communication is important.

Occasionally, when caring for pets, we find parasites, adverse skin conditions, sores, lesions, hotspots, or self-induced scratches that warrant the use of a product not routinely used during the grooming process.
Because we consider ourselves the first line of defense in your quality pet care regimen, any out of the ordinary finding will be reported to you, and we will not hesitate to inform you if we feel a trip to your veterinarian is advised.

We understand that tangled, matted hair is a problem for both you and your pet, and we assess and discuss treatment of tangled hair on a pet-by-pet basis.
