Please bring your pet between the hours of 7:15 am and 8:30 am on the day of your appointment, so your stylist can begin preparing your pet for its day of beauty.

>> If you need to request a later arrival time or an early or specific pick up time,

please inquire about it when you book your appointment. This is especially important for early pick up times, we make a strong effort to accommodate your schedule but prior communication is important.

Skin Conditions

Occasionally, when caring for pets, we find parasites, adverse skin conditions, sores, lesions, hotspots, or self-induced scratches that warrant the use of a product not routinely used during the grooming process.

Because we consider ourselves the first line of defense in your quality pet care regimen, any out of the ordinary finding will be reported to you, and we will not hesitate to inform you if we feel a trip to your veterinarian is advised.

Tangled Hair

We understand that tangled, matted hair is a problem for both you and your pet, and we assess and discuss treatment of tangled hair on a pet-by-pet basis.

As a pet owner, you should be aware that there is pain involved in the correction of matted hair, and while we do have special products and tools that can lessen the pain, the process is still unpleasant for both the pet and the stylist.

If at any time we inform you that the best option for removing matting is by clipping off the hair, we are doing so in the best interest of your pet’s well-being.

Home Care

Our team is knowledgeable in several brushing techniques and would be happy to demonstrate the method and tools best suited for your specific pet, if you wish to create a home care routine. We are also available to teach you about proper nutrition, treats, supplements, shampoos, conditioners, and other products that will help you keep your pet in tip-top shape for years to come.
